Lectures and Seminars on Paleoanimation

If you or your institution would like to organize a lecture or seminar on the study of paleoanimation, contact us. We offer first-time showings of paleoanimations from the ancient Maya and Aztecs, as well as from the ancient artwork of China, Egypt and Peru.

Lectures consist of a première showing of an original paleoanimation presentation, preceded by a talk on the concept of movement reflected in the specific animation being shown. The lecture and screening are followed by a question-and-answer session. Seminars consist of a première screening of a selected paleoanimation within the setting of a one-day workshop where participants will receive an in-depth analysis of the methods used by the ancients in the creation of the paleoanimation being shown
